While Pitch 1 is standing up to the element better than ever, I can’t say the same for the rest of the pitches at Rudding Lane. We are entering the most challenging part of the season as a club. With high demand for pitches, not least because our Junior teams are progressing well in their respective Yorkshire Cup competitions, the levels of hard work and coordination between all parts of the club are at their highest. With everyone working hard to ensure games are played, training is delivered, and meals are served, now is when we need to come together as a club and support each other.

It just leaves me to thank you all for coming today, for your hard work and commitment to the club and to wish you and those closest to you a happy Christmas and a healthy New Year!
